Tile ages differently from asphalt and calls for its own kind of care. We wash the algae and grime that Florida humidity breeds off concrete and clay tile, then apply a clear sealer so it soaks up less water and stays cleaner.
Why tile gets its own service
Our shingle treatment works by putting oils back into asphalt, and tile has no asphalt to restore. Concrete and clay wear differently. The surface is porous, it soaks up water through the wet season, and that dampness gives algae and mildew a place to settle. Cleaning lifts the staining at low pressure; a clear sealer then slows how much water the tile absorbs and helps hold off fresh staining and surface wear. It is a separate job from shingle rejuvenation, and we price it that way.
